Slavko Ristich is an associate of the firm and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2001. He has tried several cases in various counties in New York City. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association serving on the Young Lawyers section, the American Bar Association, the New York County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Ristich is the current head of the East Coast Chapter of the
Serbian Bar Association of America and is the Chairman of the
Human Rights Committee. Slavko Ristich is admitted in the United States District Court - Southern District of New York and the United States District Court - Eastern District of New York. He has written and argued appeals for the Appellate Division First and Second Departments.
Mr. Ristich specializes in
civil rights litigation, with a focus on constitutional violations, subrogation claims, premises liability and
automobile accidents as they pertain to New York State 's no-fault law and the serious injury threshold.
