Marvin N. Suss has been a practicing trial attorney in the State of New York for more than fifty years. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1949. Since he was admitted to the State Bar of New York, Mr. Suss has been in practice as a plaintiff's personal injury lawyer, representing victims of serious personal injuries. He is a member of the Medical Malpractice Panel of New York State, Supreme Court, New York County, past president of the Long Beach Lawyers association, special master of the Civil Court of the State of New York, Arbitrator at the American Arbitration Association, Lecturer in Trial Practice of the Practicing Law Institute of New York and a Lecturer in Trial Practice at Cornell Law School. Mr. Suss, is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
